Networking – Get connected!

The Trade Show again this year will be open throughout the day on Friday and Saturday to meet with representatives from Discount TV Parts, Modus Link – PTS, Ness Electronics, N.E.W., NESDA, Panasonic, ShopJimmy.com, and Union Electronics

EVERYONE is invited to visit the ESDA Hospitality Room Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings; it will be fully-stocked with beverages and snacks designed to promote Social Intercourse, plus our famous Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, Polish Sausage and ESDA Specialty Pizza.

The ESDA staff and the Peoria Convention and Visitors Bureau have assembled a list of things to do, places to visit, and area restaurants on the conference web page.

Hotel Registration

The hotel is now officially The Four Points by Sheraton Peoria and at this time the on line reservation system does not yet recognise our discount code. Room reservations should be made as soon as possible by calling the hotel directly at 309-674-2500. Please use the discount code “ESDA” to qualify for the $93.00 special rate AND so we know who has registered with the hotel.

Due to issues with the hotel’s registration system, the deadline for the discounted room rate has been extended to June 30th. At this time, the issues with the hotel seem to have been corrected. We sincerely apologize to anyone who has had trouble registering with the hotel!

Conference Registration

MWSC Schedule

We have created a public calendar of events for the conference with Google Calendars that allows sharing to smart phones, PDAs etc that cab be found on the web page or by clicking here.

We suggest when viewing this link in your web browser, select July 7th and use the “Agenda” view. While a work in progress it will be the most up to date schedule information available for the conference. After you check on this new resource. be sure to register for individual classes and events on the conference website to ensure we have adequate handout material etc for each class.
